Job Summary
Executive Abstract, a well-established title insurance company with locations in Jenkintown, PA, Cherry Hill, NJ and Upper Darby, PA is seeking detail-oriented professionals to join our team at our locations throughout the area! If you have experience in processing, closing or post closing, both residential and commercial transactions, we encourage you to apply!
Qualifications & Experience:
PA and/or NJ Title License and/or willing to obtain is a plus but not required!
PA and/or NJ Notary and/or willing to obtain is a plus but not required!
Strong knowledge of real estate transactions and loan processing procedures.
Proficiency in basic math calculations related to mortgages and escrow.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve potential issues.
Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively interact with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders.
