Capitol Advisors on Technology is currently in search of a full-time, remote, travel coordinator.

As a Travel Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, booking, and managing travel arrangements for individuals, teams, or corporate clients. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and thrives in a remote work environment. You will ensure that every trip runs smoothly, efficiently, and within budget, while providing outstanding service every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, plan, and book domestic and international travel including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and other accommodations

• Coordinate complex travel itineraries with multiple legs and travelers

• Maintain up-to-date records of bookings, costs, and traveler preferences

• Assist with travel documentation including visas, passports, and entry requirements

• Monitor travel disruptions and proactively resolve issues

• Communicate effectively with travelers to confirm details and provide ongoing support

• Ensure compliance with travel policies and budget guidelines

• Provide post-travel support, including expense reports and feedback collection

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in travel planning or coordination (corporate travel experience a plus)

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment

• Familiarity with booking tools and platforms (e.g., Sabre, Concur, Amadeus, or similar)

• Comfortable working across time zones and handling urgent travel needs

• Passion for travel and providing exceptional service
