Summary: A manufacturing Sales Agent focused on driving business growth in the plastics, chemical, pharmaceutical, and food industries by selling bulk material handling solutions, such as cutting-edge equipment, including loaders, dosing units, dehumidifiers, crystallizers, mixers, storage solutions, granulators, and customized central processing systems. This commission-based role is ideal for a motivated sales agent with experience in industrial or technical sales, particularly in plastic processing or material handling equipment. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the target industries. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to promote material handling solutions. Provide technical sales support by understanding client needs and recommending tailored solutions. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies. Key Skills: Strong technical acumen to understand and communicate complex equipment solutions. Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a results-driven mindset. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while maintaining communication with internal teams. Educational & Other Requirements: Proven sales experience in industrial, plastics, or material handling equipment. Existing industry contacts are a plus. Ability to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events as needed. Commission structure will be determined based on performance before onboarding.
